Fosync started with a simple frustration: too many good local businesses were losing customers to competitors with worse products but better websites; and now, to competitors that AI assistants simply recommend first while they get skipped entirely.
We'd spent years inside the traditional agency world, watching good businesses wait 8, 10, 12 weeks for a website that should've taken days and pay agency prices for junior level execution. So we built Fosync to fix both problems at once: senior level work, delivered fast, priced for the businesses that need it most independent local operators, not enterprise marketing departments.
Founded in 2024 in Toronto, Fosync now works with local service businesses across the U.S. and Canada, turning outdated, overlooked websites into the ones customers and increasingly, AI assistants find first.

Fosync is led by two co-founders with a combined 30+ years in digital marketing, design, and growth, backed by a senior team of engineers, designers, and content creators who've built and marketed for restaurants, real estate agencies, barbershops, travel agencies, and dozens of other local businesses across North America.
Co-Founder & CEO
Onur Bilgin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fosync, where he brings together technology, data, and business thinking to build digital solutions that work in the real world. Based in Toronto, Onur has a background in data analysis and experience working across areas including customer loyalty, business analytics, and digital products. At Fosync, he leads the company’s technical direction while staying closely involved in how websites, software, and digital systems can help businesses attract customers and operate more effectively.
Onur believes good technology should make a business simpler, not more complicated. He works closely with the team to build fast, reliable, and practical digital experiences, with particular attention to performance, mobile usability, search visibility, and the way customers actually interact with a business online. His approach is straightforward: understand the business first, then build technology around what it needs to achieve.
Co-Founder & CTO
Fatih Erkaner is the Co-Founder and CTO of Fosync and a technology entrepreneur based in Toronto. With a background in software development, entrepreneurship, and AI systems, Fatih focuses on turning business requirements into technology that can be implemented efficiently and maintained over time. At Fosync, he is also closely involved in client relationships and project delivery, helping ensure that what is discussed at the beginning of a project is carried through to the final product.
Fatih takes a practical approach to technology. Rather than recommending complicated solutions for their own sake, he focuses on understanding how a business operates, where technology can make a meaningful difference, and what can realistically be delivered. This combination of technical thinking and direct communication allows him to work closely with business owners throughout a project, from the initial conversation through launch and beyond.
Growth & PMM
Laden Akyildiz leads Growth and Product Marketing at Fosync, working at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and technology. Based in Toronto, she focuses on understanding what businesses need from their digital presence and translating those needs into clear positioning, customer-focused products, and practical growth strategies. Her background includes business management, marketing, partnerships, and hands-on work with businesses and digital platforms.
Laden approaches growth from the perspective of the business owner, not just the marketing channel. She believes a website or digital product should have a clear purpose, communicate value quickly, and make it easier for the right customers to take action. At Fosync, she works closely with clients and the internal team to make sure strategy, messaging, design, and execution are working toward the same business objective.
Project Manager
Enes Yildirim is a Project Manager at Fosync, responsible for keeping projects organized from planning through delivery. He works across the team to coordinate timelines, creative and technical work, content, and client requirements, making sure each part of a project moves forward as planned. His experience within digital marketing and content operations gives him a practical understanding of the many moving pieces involved in delivering digital work for businesses.
For Enes, good project management is about making the process easier for the client. He focuses on clear communication, attention to detail, and making sure the team knows what needs to happen next. Whether coordinating a website, marketing project, or digital content, he helps turn ideas and requirements into an organized process that gets the work completed properly and on time.
